We obtain apostilles and authentication certificates from all 50 states and the U.S. Department of State and Embassy legalizations on business and personal documents for foreign use.
In addition, we work with all foreign embassies and consulates to obtain embassy legalizations and attestations of your documents.
An Apostille is the name for a specialized certificate, issued by your Secretary of State. The Apostille is attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted by other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.

About our Founder
Kristina M. Butler

Kristina is an active National Notary Association (NNA) member, Certified Notary Signing Agent via the NNA, Loan Signing System (LSS) and Notary2Pro. She is a commissioned Georgia Notary Public available to serve communities and individuals within the Metro Atlanta area and the State of Georgia.
Kristina is also a Certified Apostille Agent and is able to assist all within the United States and it's Territories.
Flexible
Kristina is willing to travel anywhere and can be available on short notice. She can guarantee a professional signing experience each time in her role as Mobile Notary and Apostille Agent. All forms will be meticulously filled out with no missing signatures, initials, notarizations or dates.
Her-story
Kristina retired from Information Technology as a Senior Software Development Project Manager in 2012 after over 30 years in the industry. She was longing to do more for her community. She started working with Troops to Firefighters as a Volunteer and supported herself as a Licensed Claims Adjuster until June 2020.
The 2020 pandemic changed everything and Kristina found another way to help. She became a Commissioned Notary once again after a 20-year hiatus and is fully committed full-time. She started her Mobile Notary/Apostille Agent Business in July 2020.
